| We offer bear hunts over bait that will test the skills of any outdoorperson. Whether you prefer rifle, bow, muzzleloader or handgun, we can accommodate your needs. If anyone tells you that hunting over bait is like shooting fish in a barrel, they are sadly mistaken. Our hunts will take place in the afternoon, allowing you to have the rest of the day for other activities such as fishing, sightseeing, or just relaxation. Our stands are designed to fit the hunter, resulting in a quiet, comfortable hunt. To ensure our future, no sows with cubs are allowed to be taken. |

Bear Trapping

This is not for the faint at heart. Maine is one of the only places in America that bear trapping is still allowed. This will test the skill of any good trapper. Although bears are not necessarily trap shy, they can be very unpredictable and sly. When you walk up on a 200 pound bear you have captured, you will get a chill that will not soon be forgotten.

Trained hounds are ready and waiting over many freshly baited sites to be turned out for an adventure of a lifetime. At the crack of dawn we will awaken to checks sites to pick our bear of choice for chasing. Once the chase is on you will be placed in stragically chosen areas for best ambushed points while waiting for the bear to be caught, bayed, or treed. e service, guided hunts
